Welcome to Sober Events's terms of service! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Clients must provide accurate event details and requirements at the time of booking.

  2. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date and services.

  3. Full payment must be made at least 14 days before the event date.

  4. Any changes to the event plan must be communicated at least 7 days in advance.

  5. Sober Events is not responsible for any delays or disruptions caused by third-party vendors.

  6. Clients agree to cover any additional costs incurred during the event planning process.

  7. Cancelations made less than 30 days before the event will result in a partial refund based on the services already rendered.

  8. Sober Events reserves the right to use photos and videos from events for promotional purposes, unless specified otherwise by the client.
